It is a higher end model of E3 Headphone Amplifier which is very

output, better Signal to Noise ratio and Lower Distortion! And with the

A personal remarks from
seller: Being involved in hi-fi business before, I was a little
sceptical when being introduced to this product, but I have to confess
that I was pleasantly surprised with this Fiio E3 and E5 amp,
it
gives a fuller body, warmer vocal, crisper bass, wider and deeper
soundstage, in short it is more MUSICAL, a step closer to a hi-fi
system. I think this is because the MP3/MP4 players in the market are
mostly underpowered, the Fiio's amp just patch up the gap nicely, yes,
just nice, and they are not over-doing it. GREAT !
