This is a Serigraph Cel of MICKEY MOUSE as the Sorcerer in the classic animated Disney film "Fantasia" . From Walt Disney Studios. Disney’s own artists have selected this scene from the ORIGINAL animation drawings used to produce the original classic Disney animation film "Fantasia" from the 1930's. Mickey Mouse was reproduced here as he appeared at the 1988 Academy Awards ceremony. Known as a "cel", this image has been meticulously recreated as a Top Quality Serigraph for your Art Collecting pleasure!

 

Walt Disney Official copyright is stamped at the bottom corner. This piece also comes with a Disney Certificate of Authenticity.

The Certificate of Authenticity states:

"Each of the Special Edition Mickey Mouse cels is created by lithography, a fine art process.
To produce this cel, a number of master screens are prepared from original studio art.
Each color is applied separately, one screen at a time, in perfect registration.
The result is an original work of art. The image accompanying this certificate had a limited production run.
It was included in the 1988 Disney stockholder's report and commemorated Mickey's 60th anniversary.
The cel is copyrighted 1988 by The Walt Disney Company, Burbank, California."

This cel is authenticated by MGI Animation in Elmhurst, IL.
