The book is organized chronologically and a handy index is provided -- so if you know either the date or the name of the cookbook‚ you’ll be able to find it easily. The Culinary Institute of Chicago‚ General Mills (Betty Crocker)‚ Pillsbury‚ and many other major companies are featured‚ from 1880 to the 1980s. A scarcity index is provided‚ indicating the relative difficulty in locating a particular item. General as well as regional volumes are included. Collector’s Guide to Cookbooks is a great new reference book.  This book retails for $24.95

This book is a publisher remainder and is being sold at a reduced price because of: scuffed cover, out-of-print, new edition released, or too few in stock to be advertised. This information has been stamped on the inside front cover.  The book has some light wear. 

Shipping to U.S. addresses is $3.50 for USPS Media mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping to countries with USPS Global Priority Service is $13.00(shipping to Canada is $11.00).  Buyers with an Illinois address will be charged 6.5% sales tax unless a reseller ID certificate is provided.
