RMA # is required before a return will be accepted at warehouse, please read entire company policy. All returns subject to a Re-Stocking Fee.
Shipping/Handling Fees: Buyer Pays for All Shipping/Handling Costs. All ship fees posted are for continental US delivery only.

Return Authorization (RMA) #s are REQUIRED to return products. ALL returns MUST have a RMA # obtained from our customer service dept BEFORE mdse is returned.

No returns after 10 days from ship date. All returns MUST be "unused" and "in their original box with all orig packing". **We do NOT accept returns of used merchandise or merchandise in damaged boxes.

No returns on health supplements, food products & skin products due to state health codes.**

Within 10 days of ship date, we will credit your account or return your money (less ship fees) or exchange the product for another. A 25% restock fee applies to ALL non-defective returns.

Additional Store Information: Defective Merchandise

Within 10 days from ship date, we will replace an item if defective. A RMA # must be obtained from our customer service dept (toll free at 866/537-6900) BEFORE any merchandise is returned.

On returns, customers must use an insured carrier and insure the product for the value paid and retain the carrier's receipt as proof of insurance as we are NOT responsible for returns lost in transit by a carrier.

There is a 25% restock fee for non-defective items returned after 10 days from ship date.

Any returns must be "unused" & "returned in original undamaged packaging" otherwise a refund or credit cannot be made.

Secrets Shared does not get involved with product repairs. Any mdse that requires repair, must be sent back directly to the mfr. Mfr's contact information is located either on instruction pamphlet inside or on the outside of the box.

Orders entered from Thursday late afternoon through Sunday nights will be processed on the following Mondays.
