Sizes:
We list our apparels based on US Sizings, but as sizes differs between manufacturers, it's always better to check the exact measurements as published on every listing, and then double confirmed with an item that fits well.
International Registered Airmail Shipping:
Time:
We ship our items very, very promptly, usually within 12 hours of payment received. However, after we pass your item to the Post Office, your item delivery time is beyond our control. Normal shipping time worldwide is between 2-4 weeks but can take longer. We consider a parcel overdue after 1 month.
If you have not received your parcel after 1 month, please contact us and we will work out a solution for you, such as a replacement item, refund, or store credit.
Delivery time to Germany, France, Spain, Italy and other island nations tend to take longer and is only considered overdue after 6 weeks.
Tracking:
International Registered Airmail is, unfortunately, not reliably trackable. If you require specific tracking of your parcel, please consider using one of our courier services, which are priced VERY reasonably due to our partnership with the courier companies.
Cost:
Our shipping charges are always, mostly unknowingly, compared with local shipping rates, hence we are always misunderstood for charging a high shipping rate.
The reality is that international shipping is very expensive, even for small parcels.
We are working very hard to help you save on shipping, and recently just launched an all new shipping initiative which further reduced shipping rates. Our shipping rates should now be among the lowest, if not THE lowest, in the industry! Therefore, we hope that as our customers, you will take these points into consideration before rating us on shipping costs and time. |
