PAYMENTS

• We accept PAYPAL payments. All credit cards will be processed through PAYPAL. All items paid through PAYPAL are PAYPAL protected (please check out PAYPAL's website, www.Paypal.com  for additional info). Payment must be received within 7 days after ‘Auction’ ends/winning the bid, when you ‘Buy It Now’ OR 14 days after receiving our final invoice (for combined orders).

    • Available in MALAYSIA only:         CIMB Bank Account deposit / money transfer.
  • IMPORTANT Payment arrangements :
    • If you’re buying a few items and would like to combine your  purchase(s) (this way, you can avoid making individual purchases on each item listed), please NOTIFY us BEFORE you finalize your purchase! We will EMAIL you an invoice and you can make your payment then. Plus, you can save up that extra dough for next time!  
  • TERMED PAYMENT (offered and available in MALAYSIA only! )
    • You can REQUEST a 'TERMED PAYMENT' arrangement on high priced items (minimum RM300 item, please calculate and convert this into your country’s currency). Please NOTIFY us BEFORE you finalize your purchase and if APPROVED (within 24 hours), we will EMAIL you an invoice. Please note that item will only be mailed out once you’ve finished your payment(s)!
      • We will only consider a MAXIMUM of up to 3 payments in 60 days, depending on item category. Please do not request for any other terms. All term payments are subject to prior approval.

SHIPPING/POSTAGE & HANDLING 

• Order(s) will only be mailed out within 2 business days of cleared payment(s), via USPS International Priority Mail (with mailing confirmation). Please check the shipping info.
• Price of item is inclusive of POSTAGE & INSURANCE from US to your door!
• Additional Item:
  • We do combine postage too! SAVE more when you COMBINE postage! If item does not include the shipping price, we will always try our best to help you save on postage so, please make sure you NOTIFY us ahead of time if you want to combine postage on the items you're purchasing.
  • Food for thought on COMBINED postage:
    • 2 Flat Rate Boxed postage options are available to you. How this works is, for 1 FLAT RATE - depending on item(s), you choose what you’d like, we’ll put them together in the box (as long as they fit) and, we’ll mail it out to you!
      • The USPS International Flat Rate Box sizes:
        1. Standard Flat Rate Box - 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8"
        2. LARGE Flat Rate Box - 12” x 12” x 5-1/2”
      • Flat rate fees vary by locations.
    • If your combined items do not fit any of the Flat Rate boxes, we will CALCULATE your shipping postage and will email you a price quote within 24 hours.
  • We will pack your items with great care (especially the delicate/fragile items) and, we carefully follow the postal guidelines of each country we ship to. However, we CANNOT be responsible for any damages or lost to item(s) that incur during shipping. The additional insurance (a low fee) we offer will help you protect your purchase and have a piece of mind.
