The dual sim card technology is designed to solve the problem of having to carry two mobile phones, for those who have a need to have more than one phone number eg a business phone number and a personal phone number.
The phone differentiates between the two sim cards by calling one your major sim card or sim card 1 and the other minor sim or sim card 2. When there is an incoming call on any of the numbers, it shows you the caller id (where available) and the sim card receiving the call. You can still take a call on your second sim by putting the active call on hold. The phone notifies you of any other incoming calls while you are actively on a call. You can also check your call list, phone book, call times etc for each of the sims by simply selecting sim 1 or sim 2.
Making calls is equally that easy, simply dial the number you wish to call and call 1 or call 2 depending on which sim card you wish to use to make that call. And the same applies with sending and receiving text messages, it is that easy. This is a great piece of kit!

| Shipping via courier. For items below RM100 per value we do use Registered Post for delivery if requested by buyers. Minimum delivery at least 4 working days.
Please allow 1-3 business days for shipment to arrive after shipment through courier. Please inform me immediately if no items received within 3 working days. Shipment occurs 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Item ship out everyday from Monday to Saturday (except 1st and 3rd Monthly Saturday )
Seller will not be liable or responsible for delivery lost by courier company.
Customer can choose the option to buy insurance to insure the products at a higher Shipping Cost which includes insurance. (approximately 2% of sum insured)

Shipping costs back to us is buyer's responsibility.
- All items come with warranty (please contact seller for the warranty period) as long as it was not caused by buyers' error, natural disaster, short-circuit .
- The returned item must be return in original condition

Postage fee is not refundable.
For RM1 bidding items, warranty covers 1 week only . It is advisable for buyers to test RM1 biding items within 1 week.
