Burmese Ruby & Diamond 925 Sterling Silver Ring. Size "Q".  This ring is brand new. It consists of 6, Marquise cut Burmese Rubies with a caret weight of 1.13 carets. It also has 2, round cut Diamonds with a caret weight of 0.02 carets. Total gem weight is 1.15 carets. They are set into 4.8 grams of 925 Sterling Silver approx which has 14K Yellow Gold overlay. Item comes in size "Q" and is gift boxed.
