-   By bidding, you are agreeing to all my terms and conditions for auction, shipping and handling, return and refund and payment terms.

-   I will re-list the item should the successful bidder fails to respond to my email(s) for payment and shipping within 3 working days from the end of the auction.

-   For non-respondent and joybidder, I will not hesitate to notify ebay, follow by a negative feedback.

-   I will also leave appropriate feedback for genuine and serious buyer.

 

2.  Shipping Terms and Details:

-  Ship within Malaysia ONLY.

-  I only do Poslaju for cosmetic item(s). Charges include postal, handling & packaging: RM8 (WM), RM10 (EM).

-  Combined shipment is offered. Please email me via 'Ask Seller A Question' link for details.

-  I will only ship out item(s) on every Saturday (except the 1st Sat. of the month) with no exception.

-  Please be aware that should you miss my SHIP-OUT DAY (Saturday), I will only ship out the item(s) on the next Saturday.

-  The cut-off for you to clear your payment would be latest by THURSDAY PM so as to give myself sufficient time to pack the item(s).

-  The item will be secured and properly packed to ensure it reaches you in the best of condition.

-   I will not be held responsible if there is any damage, loss or misplacement to the packaging or items during shipment.

 

3.  Payment Terms and Details

-   Bank or online transfer to my MBB / RHB account.

-   Buyer would also borne any bank commission charges for any matters of payment.

-   Full payment must be made within 3 working days from the end of the auction and upon my initial email with payment instructions.

-   You are encouraged to clear payment latest by THURSDAY AM to meet my cut-off time/dateline (Ref. Shipping T&D).

-   Price is FINAL as per closing. I will not entertain any haggling, bargaining or price negotiation once bid ended.

 

4.  Return and Refund Terms:

-   You are bidding as per description and what is in the pictures. If it is not mentioned in the description and not shown in the pictures, then it is not included. What you see is what you get.

-   The item is sold 'AS-IS'. If the item is listed as ‘USED’, please understand the concept well and set your expectations right before bidding. If you cannot accept the fact or uncomfortable of the notion, please DO NOT BID.

-   I strictly will NOT entertain any request for return and refund for cosmetic care item. So, do please be responsible for your own decision and action pre and post-bidding.
