Instruction:

2) Balance urself by concerntrate ur focus on ur Heel, holding wall or holding something stable, slowly straightened ur leg and stand up, wait 1-2min till u r use to it, walk straightly without bending ur knees
3) Recommended use 2-3 times a days, 5-10min each times.
