Flow Blue Portrait Bowl of Young Woman

Just under 9' diameter and 2 1/8' high.  White porcelain or china bowl with dark flow blue around the inside and gold trim around the portrait with raised flowers.  Victorian lady with pearls and flowers in her hair.  Very pretty.  Hand written blue mark (initials?) and a green stamp with some kind of crown/coat of arms and BAVARIA.
