This is a used DVD, in great condition! 

Anni Mairs Life Force - A Mid-Life Cardio - One Minute Fitness - Burn Fat, Build Muscle, Have Fun & De-Stress! - Anni combines elements from today's most popular fitness trends such as low-impact aerobics, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, and Step (optional) into one fun and energizing mid-life cardio workout that keeps that mid-life body crisis at bay!  The exercises are safe, simple and highly effective.  Each segment is done for one minute & then you move on to another segment, so there's no time to get bored - Anni's constantly mixing things up!  Total workout time is 60 minutes but you have the option to stop the workout at each 10 minute interval, so if you are just getting into a workout routine or are short on time you can customize your workout and do 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 minutes.
