Black 100% silk dress or career pants from Ann Taylor. Feature narrow waist band, flat front, straight legs, fully lined and a hidden side zipper & button closure. 2" side leg slit.  In excellent preowned condition.  Marked a size 12 and measurements are:
 
Waist - 32"
Hips - 40"
Rise - 11.5"
Inseam - 26.5"
Leg Circumference - 14"
