2. Why does it has 2 USB connectors to PC?
Some computer does not supply enough power to USB port, So 2 USB connections are required. If your laptop only has 1 USB port, you can have a USB Hub.
** Not all the computer required 2 USB Ports.
3. Is it format ready?
Yes, it is formated as FAT32. You can request to format as NTFS.
4. Does it required external power?
No, it powered from USB ports.
5. What if it doesn't work when I received my external hard disk?
Please email us immediately to rectify the problem. A replacement circuit board or a whole unit will be provided due to the problem
6. Can I request a Blank case without Logo?
Yes , you can request a blank case (No logo). Just let me know the colour you prefered.
7. Do you combined shipments?

- 2. Else (Samsung Hard Disk Drive), contact local service centre or just email me and return back the defectives Hard Disk Drives (Must be registered or recorded mail)
- 4. Aluminium Slim External Casing - within 30 days - 1 to 1 exchange. After warranty period, Minimum charge will be incurred on replacement case.
