does it support ?
It supports any PC or
Mac that has a USB connection

does it has 2 USB connectors to PC?
Some computer does not supply
enough power to USB port, So 2 USB connections are required. If your
laptop only has 1 USB port, you can have a USB Hub.
3. Is
it format ready?
Yes, it is formated as FAT32.
You can requested to formated as NTFS.
4. Does
it required external power?
No, it powered from USB port.
5. What
if it doesn't work when I received my external hard disk?
Please email us immediately
to rectify the problem. A replacement circuit board or a whole unit
will be provided due to the problem.

warranty period, Minimum charge will be incurred on replacement case.
