Package of various memory SRAM & SODIMM chips

This is a memory package. There are 2 x Samsung 512MB DDR2-SDRAM memory modules to make a total of 1GB. These were removed from a HP desktop as I upgraded the memory. The part number is 1Rx8 PC2-5300U-555-12-ZZ.

There is also a 256MB SODIMM 144 pin memory chip that was removed from my Compaq laptop. This module runs at 100MHz FSB. It would be particularly useful for those wanting to give their older laptops some new life. The part information on the label indicates PC100-222-620.

The last SODIMM memory included is an Amicroe 144 pin chip - I don't know where this one comes from, so its up to you as to what its worth. It says PC100-222-60 on each chip component.
