1. Remove Yellow Label - If there is a yellow label on top of the cartridge, it should be removed. This is the air-vent. Failure to remove will prevent ink from flowing at the printhead.
2. Clean Printhead - Upon loading new cartridges, you MUST perform head cleaning. This is to ensure smooth ink by getting rid of air bubbles, dried ink clogging the printhead. Go to the printer driver, this function is usually located at the 'utilities / services / maintenance' section. Older printer will be more prone to clogging.
3. Store spare cartridges upright - Spare cartridges should always be stored upright.
4. Technical Support - please send us an email. Indicate: 1) printer model 2) ink cartridge replaced 3) ink level of other not-replaced cartridges 4) printer light status -red/ green/ on/ blinking. 5) message on printer or computer for swift action from us.

• Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item, and ready to make payment. The winning bidder is legally binded to complete the purchase.
• Payment is to be received within 5 days. In the event we are unable to contact the buyer, or when payment is not received, we will file a Non-Paying-Bidder complain with eBay, which may result in suspension of account. The item may be relisted at the seller's discretion.

• All items will be shipped within 2 business days upon payment receipt. Shipping Labels will be printed directly from Paypal. Buyer to ensure address in Paypal is accurate.
• S&H charges is fixed for all countries. Applies for single or multiple auctions purchases.
  • S&H may not be combined for further discount. There is no discount for Malaysia / Singapore buyers.
  • Strictly online sales only. No face to face meet up.
  • Insured items will received a tracking number for tracking via email.
  • Non-insured items will ONLY received a notification to inform item is shipped. It is untraceable and we will not be liable for losses.
  • Insurance qouted is very nominal. Fixed at USD2, GBP1, AUD3, SGD3, EURO1.5 depending on the auction base currency. If you do not add insurance you agree to waive your rights and discharge seller's responsibility should item is delayed / lost in postage.
• All items will be shipped via Expediated International Airmail
  • Most buyers will receive items within 14 days (business days).

  • Australia, Netherland, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland -- 4 to 6 days

• USA, Austria, Denmark, Chile, Israel, Iceland, Gibraltar, Turkey, Ukraine -- 6 to 12 days
• Tracking numbers (for insured items/ EMS) and tracking webpage will be emailed to buyer's Paypal email used for payment.
  • Proof of posting / outbound flight to destination or routing country will be reflected when tracked online.
  • Buyers from Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, USA will be able to use the same tracking number to trace item in their country's Postal Service website.
  • If item is not received after 18 business days, please use the tracking number and do a trace. As all packages are barcoded and registered, they can trace it . All packages are accounted for.
  • Title of goods is deemed transfered once item is delivered to the shipping company. (e.g. Malaysia Post, Singapore Post, DHL, EMS). All Buyers shall agree that Seller's is deemed to have fulfill this auction requirement when item leaves Malaysia or Singapore (FOB Basis).
• Unclaimed / Returned Items from Buyer's country, when the Postman fail to deliver or item is not-claimed subsequently by Buyer. This is beyond our control. In such cases, items will be returned to us. And we will notify the Buyer. As an agreed solution, Buyer may request for either:
  • 1) Redelivery at 40% of the total price paid (Price + S&H). Proof of non-delivery from Buyer's Postal Service will be included.
  • 2) Refund of 50% of the total price paid. (Calculated at 30% due to Shipping, 20% restocking fees)
  • To prevent unnecessary hassle like above, please ensure your delivery address is accurate, and take note of any notice left at the mailbox when the postman failed to deliver it. In many countries, you may request for a redelivery or collection at the nearest post office

• We accept credit card payments via Paypal. Money Order / Personal Cheque not accepted.

• A winning notification email from eBay will be emailed to you when the auction ends, or upon BUY-IT-NOW. Follow the instructions and click on the payment link to pay via Paypal.
• A payment notification email from Paypal with the purchase details will be sent to you.

• Money Back - If you are dissatisfied with your ink cartridge purchase, within 30days, you may
  • return your items for replacement, or a
  • full refund of your purchase price.
  • Valid for ink cartridges only. Cartridge should be at least 70% full to be valid. However, email us first, it could be user-related issues and and we would be glad to assist.
• Wrong Item Sent - Sometimes, mistake does happen due to human error. In such an event,
  • If the item is of similar / or higher value than item purchased, Buyer may choose to accept the item.
  • If the wrong item is lower in value than item purchased, buyer may choose to 1) accept item and the difference in value via a refund, or 2) send the wrong item back to the seller (at Buyer's cost) and wait for Seller to send the right item (at Seller's cost), or 3) return the entire package to the Seller (at Buyer's cost) and Seller will issue a refund according to the payment initially received.
  • Buyer should contact the Seller within 7 days from date of wrong item received
• Damaged Item - Sometime damage may arrive damaged due to mishandling in the various stages of shipping.
  • Simply email us for RMA form and ship the item back to us (at Buyer's cost) and we will ship a new unit back to you (at Seller's cost)

• Manufacturing Defects - Within the first 30 days of item received, if your product fail due to manufacturing defect,
  • please contact us for a RMA form and you may send the unit back to us for repair (at Buyer's cost).
  • Seller will send you the repaired/ replacement unit within 30 days after the item is received (at Seller's cost).
  • Item found to be physically damaged with cracks, dents, normal wear & tear will be rejected.

• If you are pleased with our services, we would appreciate a positive feedback from you, and we have set the eBay settings to automatically leave a positive for you in return.
• If you do not wish to receive any feedback from us (so others will not know what you've bought), simply do not leave us any feedback.
• However, there could also be numerous instances a Buyer faces frustration. It could be from non-understanding of user manual, wrong item sent, human error, or other matters beyond our control. In such instances do contact us. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
• Unfair negative feedback against us will be reported to eBay. This applies to all purchase terms Buyer had agreed for and when such issues could have been resolved via the agreed resolution method stated in auction page.
• DSR Ratings - Shipping Time from overseas is expected to take longer. The "Shipping Time" here is taken to mean the time 1) we ship out the item promptly upon payment made and 2) if the item arrive as advertised (say, in 8, 10 or 14 working days depending on country)

• Most items will be received within 14 business days. If item is not received after 18 days, please use the tracking number to trace or send us an email.
• All emails will be answered in 48hrs during business days.

• Buyer is responsible for any GST, VAT, fees or import duties payable at the destination country, if any. ($0 tax to USA. other countries we are not sure)
• Buyer to ensure that purchase of our items does not violate any local rules and regulations.
• Seller not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages.

• All items may or may not be shipped in OEM plain box / retail color box / factory master carton, unless specifically stated in description.
• Items in single / multiple auction payments might be shipped at Seller's discretion. However, we may repack / split they up due to irregular packaging shapes of items or to avoid VAT for some countries.
• Shipments for payments made by cheque will be withheld until the cheque cleared.
