PAYMENT
We only accept Pay Pal.
Payments must be received within 3 days of purchase.
Non-payers will be reported to Ebay.
Items are usually shipped within 72 hours once the payment has cleared
(excludes weekends and UK public holidays).
All photos used are for illustration purposes only, colours, details and packaging may vary unless otherwise stated.
Feedback will be left as soon as we receive ours.

SHIPPING
All items are dispatched from the UK.
All items will be dispatched to the address that appears on paypal receipt – in some cases we may ask for confirmation of an address & receivers name. Depending on weight and size, all items will be shipped using Royal Mail or other courier services. Please bear in mind that bulkier items will not fit through a standard size letter box.
UK delivery- Royal Mail first Class. Normally between 1-2 working days,
but not guaranteed.
Europe Delivery- Royal Mail Airmail Normally between 2-5 working days,
but not guaranteed.
Rest of the world- Royal Mail Airmail Normally between 5-10 working days,
but not guaranteed.
Please note that orders made on a weekend or a UK public holiday will be processed on the next working day and shipped out within 72 hours. Once your order has been posted it is in the hands of the Royal Mail or other selected courier service and Tech Accessories no longer has any control or responsibility on how the Royal Mail or courier delivers your order to you. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or International Customs inspections. For all unclaimed, bounced/returned back packages, the buyer must pay a handling charge of £1.50 plus the return postage before the item to be re sent out. We can not be held responsible if the Royal Mail does not leave a collection card if you are out. RETURNS
Incorrect items ordered or unwanted items must be returned to us in an original unopened state so we are able to resell them as new. The buyer will get a refund, however postage costs will be deducted.Please note that unwanted headphones or earphones can not be returned once the packaging has been opened. All headphone & earphone packages are sealed with security stickers and these must be intact and untampered in order for an exchange or refund to be honored. In the event of non-receipt order, please allow 15 working days to pass before contacting us regarding a missing package (FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING LOST ITEMS, PLEASE REFER TO THE ROYALMAIL WEBSITE). When contacting us, please be quote the ebay auction Number & Paypal transaction numbers. We will only send out replacement items (non-receipt) once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. For UK Residents you must allow 15 working days to pass before reporting a item missing, For international buyers allow 25 working days.
