1GB (1,024MB) PC3200 400 MHz DDR SDRAM, 184-pin DIMM, Non-ECC, unbuffered (non-registered) memory stick from Kingston - They come with Kingston's Lifetime warranty.

These are double sided, low density modules, therefore they should be compatible with all PCs that use PC3200 - and backward compatible with PC2700 and PC2100 memory - i.e. less compatibility issues than cheap high density modules.
