1931 Southern Architecture Illustrated, Crook and Baum

"Southern Architecture Illustrated, Country and Suburban Homes," with Foreward by Lewis Crook and Introduction by Dwight James Baum. Published 1931 by Harman Publishing Company, Atlanta. Front cover has some minor scattered soiling. Spine covering and a strip abutting the spine have some fading, as you can see, and there is minor fraying of the cloth at the top and bottom of the spine. Label from a private architecture library is scotch-taped on bottom of spine. Back cover is clean. Front hinge is a bit loose, nothing major. Inside pages are in excellent condition, very clean, no foxing. Name of one previous owner is written on pasted down endpaper and there is a stamp of the architect who maintained the library, there is no other handwriting in the book. Scarce book.
