DESCRIPTION:Greetings! Thanks for stopping in,at auction here for your Consideration:..1916 IMPRESSIONIST LANDSCAPE OIL PAINTING by WILMOVSKY. SIGNED IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER EMIL A. WILMOVSKY. I BELEIVE THIS PAINTING IS EITHER BY CHARLES A. WILMOVSKY OR HIS BROTHER EMIL A. WILMOVSKY. AFTER LOTS OF RESEARCH I WAS ABLE TO FIND THIS FAMILY RECORD: Anna Mares born 1859 in Pisik Bohemia married Josef Vilimovsky/Wilimovsky born 1856 in Bohemia. I don't know if they married in Bohemia or Chicago IL. They had six children: Joseph, Jewel, Charles, Otto Joseph, Edward and Emil.
Josef's sister Antoniet Wilimovsky and her daughter Antoniet Wilimovsky also lived on Blue Island Ave, Chicago IL.   AS YOU CAN SEE IT COULD OF BEEN CHARLES BROTHER. I ALSO LOOKED UP THE WAY CHARLES SIGNED HIS PAINTINGS AND HE DID SIGN JUST LIKE THIS PAINTING IS SIGNED WITH PRINTED NAME, BLOCK LETTERS, AND HE DID IN FACT DATE HIS WORKS. HE ALSO PAINTED WITH THE SAME TYPES OF COLORS AND TREE LANDSCAPES SUCH AS THIS. AND MOST OF HIS PAINTING ARE ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AS THIS ONE. ALSO HE WAS FROM CHICAGO, AND THIS IS WHERE I FOUND THE PAINTING. THIS IS ALL I KNOW ABOUT THIS PAINTING, I HOPE IT IS HELPFUL.. CONDITION:..EXCELLENT CONDITION, FOR IT`S AGE.

 SIZE:....23 3/4" TALL X 24 1/2" WIDE. WEIGHS APROX. 5 LBS BEFORE PACKING.

The items I list are found at Estate , garage sales ,Auctions, and they are antique vintage items and have been preowned. Even if they were never used.They are not new and show varying signs of age ,wear yellowing from storage in linens and clothing. I would not know if items purchased are from pet free smoke free homes.I describe items to the best of my knowledge and put numerous photos for you to look at. All Items are sold as is and that doesn't necessarily mean damage just that they were previously owned and handled.Unless I State that I have personally drycleaned or laundered clothing and/or linens it is suggested and would be the responsibility of winner to have them cleaned & laundered.
