I'm not sure of the age, but my guess would be the 50's or 60's.  You be the judge.

It has a knob on the end to turn to select the correct measurements for the different servings required by the recipe. If the recipe calls for 6 servings, you can set the dial for 10, 8, 4, or 2 servings.  If the recipe calls for 8 servings, you can set the dial for 10, 6, 4, or 2 servings.  Has measurements in: Cup, Tablespoon, and Teaspoon.  Made of plastic, and is approximately 9 3/4" long and 3" tall. 

All items are from yard sales and estate sales. Items are in used condition and may need cleaning.
